Please complete this form to provisionally apply for a Trade space at Chertsey Show on the 10 and 11 August 2024 being held at The Meads, Mead Lane, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 8LN (This is not a postal address, please do NOT send correspondence here).

On submission of this form all traders are required to email the required documents to the Trade Stand Manager, who will then confirm or decline the provisional booking and issue an invoice for payment by email as appropriate within 30 days of your application. (Please note we are volunteers and have day jobs so response time is slow).

Requests for Ice Cream, Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate and the Sale of Alcohol to consume on site are already reserved by our regular traders, and we are unable to accommodate additional vendors.
Our policy is to avoid duplication, requests will be dealt with in the order received following the regular traders confirmation following the previous show. Therefore if you want to check if a trader is already doing what you are offering please check with the Trade Stand Manager by emailing: tradestands@chertseyshow.org.uk

These are required so that our security officers can control authorised entry to the showground and know who will be on site overnight.

How many passes are required?   Note: First 2 exhibitor passes are included, EXTRA weekend passes will be charged at £10 each: (so if you select 3 you will be charged £10 for 1 additional pass, 4 you will be charged £20 for 2 additional passes etc.)
Passes will be issued as selected in the previous question, so select the second option above if you need separate passes for staff on Saturday to Sunday. Otherwise you will receive the selected number of weekend passes.

Under Fire Safety guidelines it is NOT possible to park caravans/campervans on the pitches, they MUST be parked in the allocated camping area.

It is assumed that you are conversant with the provisions of the Health & Safety at work Act, insofar as they relate to our Show and that you will take every precaution to ensure the safety and welfare of staff (volunteers and any other associated workers on your pitch) and the public by supplying and implementing a Risk Assessment Plan.

ALL accidents on the Showground MUST be reported to the CAA Trade Stand Manager and the CAA Health & Safety Officer As soon as possible.
Data Protection and Declaration
The CAA take your privacy seriously, the information provided by you on this form and by email will be retained on computer for the purposes of administering your participation at the 2024 Chertsey Show, and any future Shows. The CAA will only share the information you have explicitly given permission for us to share with the General Public on our website, social media sites and in any CAA Publications.

Photos may be taken at the event which may include your trade stand, any such photos may be used for future publicity on our website, social media sites and in CAA Publications.

Applicants have the right to request that their details and any photos they appear in to be changed or deleted, please contact the Trade Stand Manager at tradestands@chertseyshow.org.uk

The CAA have a £25 refundable Rubbish deposit which will be returned shortly after the show as long as all rubbish is cleared from your pitch,  or the deposit can be retained to reserve your pitch for next year.
(An email to request the bank details for the refund will be sent 7-14 days after the Show) *
