Withdrawal and Residence Fees
All Residents who withdraw before the end of contracted day are subject to a $400 withdrawal fee.

In the event that you withdraw and terminate your tenancy after the 7th of the month, in addition to a $400 withdrawal fee, you will be charged the current month’s rent.

Ryerson Students: The withdrawal fee will be charged to your RAMSS account after you've moved out of residence. This will appear on your account as "Res Admin Fee" and will be due within 30 days of moving out.

Co-Op Students: The withdrawal fee must be paid before you move out of residence.
Room Condition
Housing & Residence Life will be checking your room after you leave.  Please ensure that the room is in the same or better condition than it was on the day you moved in.  Any issues with the room condition will be assessed and the appropriate charges will be applied to your student fees account.   For a list of chargeable damages please visit our website at:  https://www.ryerson.ca/housing/current-students/fees/repair-and-replacement-charges-/
Returning Keys
You must return the keys you received on move-in day to avoid a key replacement charge.  The keys you received on move-in day are as follows:

Residence id, room key (if you're not using your OneCard)

Please keep your OneCard.  This is your Ryerson identification card and you will need it if you are continuing with classes at Ryerson.
Communication
Once you have moved out of residence, Housing & Residence Life will process your withdrawal fees. You can contact Housing & Residence Life (housing@ryerson.ca), if you have any questions.
