The Event - Come and be part of the Rotary “Stronger Together” Conference from 28th to 30th June 2024.

This is one of the first Cluster Conferences in Rotary Great Britain and Ireland and will be held in the excellent conference facilities at Sandy Park, the home of Exeter Chiefs Rugby Football Club. The four districts in Southern Wales and South West England.  Districts 1100, 1150, 1175 and 1200 have come together to provide you with a great line-up of inspirational speakers and entertainment throughout the weekend.

Friday afternoon has interactive activities and in the evening there will be an informal buffet with entertainment Saturday brings a range of inspirational top-class speakers followed by a formal dinner and entertainment into the night.

Sunday sees our Keynote speaker (yet to be announced) and our first-ever Cluster Handover event where the Districts hand over to their incoming DGs.

Registration fee for the Conference is £50 per person, which includes tea/coffee at four breaks over the weekend; sandwich lunch on Saturday.   Payment details are in the last section of the registration form.

Saturday only registration is £30 pp.

Friday or Sunday £10 pp.

Friday evening supper with "barn dance" style entertainment - £35 per person
Sandwiches for lunch on Friday - £9 per person
Saturday evening three course banquet with coffee plus a comedian and with entertainment - £42,50 per person.

There is a variety of other accommodation within easy driving distance of Sandy Park, including motor-home sites.  Other Accommodation can be found, via a Google or other search engines, in the area.

NB Delegates will need to pay separately for parking via the machines at Sandy Park or the RingGo Parking App.  The car park is NOT operated by either Sandy Park or the hotel but is contracted out and uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras.
