On this registration form, a teacher may register 5 or more students of any level for this discount. For $20 per person, we will offer these students registration for the event and a student membership for the rest of the calendar year.
We ask that a single payment be made to cover the full group. Payment can be made through this form via PayPal. If your school or organization requires a special process to submit payment, select "Other" within the payment section and provide a brief description and the best contact information. A SEMFA Board Member will be in touch.
