Use this form to submit an event to us for Fraser Valley Tabletop Day on Saturday, June 3rd.
Please understand the following:
- Submitting an event through this form does not guarantee that the event is happening. Please wait for confirmation from us as we will need to ensure that there is adequate space available for the event and that it fits within the events' purpose.
- As the person submitting the event, you will need to be the one responsible for hosting it. You will need to ensure that you have access to all of the necessary supplies needed for a successful event.
- Once approved, you will be contacted and we will add the event to our event schedule. There will not be pre-registration for hosted gaming events so we may not be able to guarantee that it will end up getting a full complement of players.
- Fraser Valley Tabletop Day is a free event and no compensation is available for your time. The real treasure is the friends you make and betray along the way.
