If you would like to receive a Harvest Basket for the Thanksgiving Break, please complete this form. The Harvest Basket will contain a selection of non-perishable foods, and additional items for a celebratory meal, plus additional food for other days during the break.

Someone from Hill will contact you the week of November 15 to confirm details. Receiving a basket is not guaranteed until we have spoken to a parent/guardian.
