2023 Comanche Market
Comanche Market runs on the First Saturday of each month March thru December
on the Comanche Courthouse Square from 9am-1pm.

Spaces are 12'x12' -- If you need more space, please select more from the drop down menu.
The Booth Fee is listed below based on the Size you Choose.
It is Paid ONCE for the YEAR,  Before your First Market, and covers you for All 10 Markets MARCH thru DECEMBER 2023 regardless of how many markets you attend. The monies collected goes to REVITALIZE COMANCHE to cover marketing, advertising, printing expenses and other projects.

For Booth Fees: 
A PAYPAL INVOICE will be sent to the Email Address you list in the Application. 
Please pay it Promptly.

You must supply your own tables, chairs and canopy (if you wish to have a one). If using a canopy, it must be in good condition and properly weighted. In NO instance may a tent be anchored to another vendor's tent.
Your setup Should be NEAT, CLEAN, and ORDERLY .. Please Display Your Goods in an Attractive Way.... Presentation is Everything. Electricity is NOT Provided.

Vendors need to be ready to sell by 9am, and Stop Selling at 1PM, leaving your Space Clean & Trash Free.

There will be NO LIVE ANIMAL SALES or GIVEAWAYS of Any Kind... NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vendor Vehicle parking is NOT allowed in the Market Area during Market unless Pre-Approved by the Manager….. Example: Selling Melons, etc. from the back of the truck. Please move your vehicle immediately after unloading your goods, around to the NORTH Side of the Courthouse so that our Customers can have the Parking Spaces Closest to the Market.

If you are selling baked goods or anything that falls under the Texas Cottage Food Laws, you MUST have a Food Handler’s Card.  You can get this online www.efoodcard.com---- it’s around $8 and lasts 2 years. The online class can be done in just a couple of hours.  This is a requirement for anyone selling under the Cottage Food Law at Comanche Market.

The Cottage Law requires all food products to be labeled a certain way.  You can see the Example of Labeling at:

No vendor is allowed to "walk the market" with samples, coupons or literature.
Advertising and sales may only be conducted within your booth space.

Vendors should collect and remit sales tax, if applicable.

Comanche Market in NO way Guarantees the success of any vendor.
There will be NO Refunds given due to Lack of Sales, Weather, Etc.

Comanche Market 2023 Waiver
All Vendors are Required to keep the Courthouse Square Clean and Remove All trash & debris prior to leaving.

Vendors may not interfere with the flow of traffic on roads around the Courthouse Square or do anything that would contribute to traffic accidents.

The Comanche County Judge, Commissioner’s Office, and Market Managers reserve the Right to Deny or withdraw permission to sell any items on the Courthouse Square for Any reason without Prior Notice.

By submitting & paying my vendor fee, I agree to abide by the Guidelines as stated above and will not hold Comanche County and/or Revitalize Comanche, Inc. liable for damages to person, property, or theft of merchandise.

Vendor agrees of forever release, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Comanche County and/or Revitalize Comanche Inc. and its agents, representatives, insurers, employees, and assignees from and against any and all liability, claims, fines, settlements, demands, suits, or causes of action of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees arising out of the actions of Vendors or Vendors agents, representatives, insurers, employees, and assigns.
