Future Ferns Netball is a great way to introduce your child to a fun team sport. It is a great way for both boys and girls to learn new skills and make new friends.

What you need to know:

Future Ferns Netball is split into the following year groups:
Year 3-4:  Games will be played on a Thursday after school from 3.45-5.30pm at the Waiwhakaiho courts in Fitzroy. Each session will consist of 15 minutes of skill development followed by a 5v5 modified game of 4 x 8 minute quarters played on two thirds of the court. The season begins on Thursday 30 April and finishes on Thursday 02 July.  
The fee is $36.

Year 5-6: Games will be played on a Tuesday after school from 3.45-5.30pm at the Waiwhakaiho courts in Fitzroy. You will play a 6v6 modified game of 4 x 8 minute quarters with rolling substitutions on a full court. The season begins on Tuesday 28 April and finishes on 30 June.
The fee is $46.

Each team MUST have a coach so please consider taking a team.  Coaches can attend a course held in the first week of April (date to be confirmed) if they would like to.

Uniform:  Players only need to provide suitable footwear.  Uniforms are provided.
 
***  Space is extremely limited so places WILL go to those who register and pay first.

Registrations close on Tuesday 10 March although it is likely spaces will fill up before this date.
