【Steam版補足】

セーブデータ*のフォルダに「Player.log」というファイルが生成されている場合が御座います。こちらをファイル共有サービスなどでお送りいただけると幸いです。
（エラー内容などが記載されたファイルとなります）

サーバー上でのお客様のセーブデータの取得・保存は行っておりません。
セーブデータはお客様のPC内、クラウドセーブが有効な場合Steamクラウド上のみにあります
Dear Done Dead側でのデータの復旧作業は行えません。

*Windows10をお使いの場合、以下にセーブデータがあります
C:\Users\[ここにユーザー名]\AppData\LocalLow\DearDoneDead\[ここにゲーム名]

[Steam Version Supplement]

In the case of Steam, a file called "Player.log" may be created in the folder of saved data *. I would appreciate it if you could send this to me through a file sharing service.

There is no acquisition or storage of customer saved data on the server.
Save data is only on your PC or Steam cloud if cloud save is enabled
Data recovery on the Dear Done Dead side is not possible.

*If you are using Windows 10, the following are the saved data.
