Venue: GSP Ating Tahanan National Program and Training Center South Drive, Baguio City (Full F2F)
Time: From 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. equivalent to 16 training hours
Important: This is a live-out seminar. People living outside Baguio City must take care of their own accommodation and meals.
Registration fee:
Early registration until April 26, 2024 ₱1,200 per head
Regular rate ₱1,500 per head from April 27, 2024
Inclusion: Access to session, AM/ PM Snacks, printed certificates with 10 CPD units for LPTs and e-handouts

2. Take a screenshot of your successful transaction
3. Email the screenshot to chrdf.inc@gmail.com with subject CHRDF K12 and in the body, write the following:
· Date and venue of the training you are joining
· Name of participants/ group members with individual personal email address (ending with gmail.com)
4. Expect a reply within the day (if sent within business hours) and fill out the form we will send you.
5. Expect another email 1 day before the learning event for final instructions and reminders regarding the seminar.
