Thank you for registering for the Sept 2024 SafeZone Train-the-Trainer - virtually to be held on September 23 & 24, 1:00-5:00 EST both days. We are so excited to meet you - virtually and work together to empower you to run your very own SafeZone trainings at your organization! You must attend both days in order to receive a certificate of completion.
1 week before the training you will receive an email with the materials, zoom link, and information relevant for the training!
In order to officially reserve your spot - upon completion of this registration form - we will email you an invoice and payment will need to be to considered reserved. If you do not hear from us 2 weeks from submitting this form please reach out.

The total cost for this training is $450 per person, plus NYS 8.25% tax. ($487.13) ( Unless your organization is tax exempt, if so please email us your tax exempt form to Lori@theszinitiative.org)
We prefer payment via check as there are no credit card fees. IF you decide to pay with a credit card we will charge a $5 credit card fee on top of the total of $487.13 making the new total - $492.13.
There are 30 seats available for this training. When we receive your payment that will be considered a slot officially reserved.
There are no refunds. If you are unable to attend after paying we can apply the credit to a future training or you can send someone else from your organization.
If you are paying via check we ask that checks are written exactly as shown below.
