BDA or Biomechanical Developmental Approach is a therapy aimed at helping children/adults with disabilities to return to the path of spontaneous development by improving existing and developing new functions which then improve both the quality of their and the life of the entire family.

BDA therapy combines various forms of mechanical stimulation of connective tissue with movement, triggering certain biochemical and biological processes, and remodeling connective tissue, stimulating the desired reaction of body structures and improvement which is the basis for development of vital, motor, cognitive and emotional functions of the body, i.e. of the child.

BDA involves correct and continuous implementation of an individual exercise program that is created according to the structural deficits and needs of the individual. In this context, BDA is a home based therapy which is applied by the Participant after completing the training and education, using the acquired knowledge.

By completing the registration, the Participant is aware of the fact that all exercises he/she has learned while attending the BDA therapy course are individually determined and adapted to the child he/she provides care to, and that applying the same procedures to other person or persons shall not only fail to produce the expected results, but can also cause negative effects for which BDA can not be held responsible in that and similar cases.

Also, the Participant acknowledges that he/she is aware of the fact that the BDA therapy is primarily an individualistic approach which is carried out by trained BDA therapists along with examination/assessment and exercises adapted to each person individually, and that he/she shall not misuse nor present the knowledge and skills acquired through the training program to the general public, and particularly, that he/she shall not act in a manner that results in a violation of the intellectual property rights.

BDA and BDA trademark are protected intellectual property rights and as such are not subject to any use without the prior, concurrent and subsequent consent of BDA.

BDA undertakes to conduct the BDA based education and training in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards.

BDA undertakes to keep all information presented to it by the Participant which refer to personal data, health information as well as any other information it obtained in its work during the education and training, and not make them available to third parties.
The third parties referred to in the preceding paragraph of this Article do not include the local Organizer of BDA courses, since the personal data about the child/individual were communicated to the Organizer by the Participant during the preparations for the organization of and registration for the BDA course.
