Distributing brochures
Hanging Flyers at businesses in and near Fluvanna County
Placing large banners at specific locations where tour has been permitted to display them
Week Before - helping artists place 'yard signs' leading into their locations
WEEKEND OF the Tour - October 19th and 20th - Volunteer duties that would interest you- (Check all that apply - We're looking for 2 or 3 hour 'shifts')
Individual Studios - Duties could include - time at a welcome table, giving out brochures/maps, directing traffic, helping with set up- tables/panels.
Information Center - distributing information etc at a central location in the County.
Traveling to various studios - perhaps delivering needed brochures / passports / and/or taking photographs
