Kids Count for Wildlife: Monarchs and Milkweed Survey

Tuesday, July 25

9 to 10 a.m. in Peterborough

Free of charge

If you love monarch butterflies and want to help scientists find out more about these remarkable insects, here’s your chance! Join a team of Harris Center naturalists at a local milkweed patch, where we’ll count monarch eggs, caterpillars, and butterflies. If you enjoy treasure hunts and have a sharp eye, this morning of community science is for you.

Exact meeting location will be provided upon registration. Rain date: August 1.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an interested family member. All others can attend without parental supervision.
