2024/2025 PTO Officer Nomination & Parent Survey
The PTO is currently seeking parents/faculty to fill the open officer positions for the 2024-2025 school year as well as including a parent survey for feedback.  If you are interested or would like to nominate someone you think would be a great candidate, please complete the form below .  Please contact us at UATPTO@gmail.com with any questions you have about the offices and process.

Officer Positions:

President:  The president serves as principal executive officer of the organization.  They supervise and control activities of the organization.  The president also presides and participates in all executive and membership meetings.

Vice President:  The vice president acts as aid to the president and performs the president duties in the absence or inability of the president.  The vice president performs other delegated duties as assigned.

Secretary:  The secretary shall keep the minutes of membership and executive committee proceedings and submit them for posting on the campus UATPTO Facebook page. They conduct delegated correspondence and perform other assigned duties. 

Treasurer:  The treasurer has charge and is responsible for all funds of the organization.  The treasurer reports account balance at membership or monthly meetings.  They also perform delegated duties as assigned.

We have also added three committee Chair positions for nominations below.
