Application for Nomination for Board of Directors Potawatomi Park, Inc.

Application Process

1. Fill out application

2. Application will be reviewed at next board meeting. Board meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of every month. At this meeting the board will discuss if we move forward with an interview OR contact with decision to not move forward with application.

3. If board agreed: Interview with HR committee

4. HR committee will report back at next board meeting and board will vote on new board member.

5. HR committee will contact you via phone or email with decision.
