In order to meet our aim of developing the diversity of game audio personnel, and to widen participation in the practice, we do not think that your financial position should stop you from attending. We've kept the ticket prices low, but we're also aware that travel (and accommodation if needed) is not cheap. If you need help in attending then please complete the form below. This is a limited pot so please only apply if in genuine need. Applications will be looked at on a case by case basis and we cannot guarantee you will be successful.
Unfortunately we don't have the funds to support international travel.
Proof of ticket purchase will be required before any funds are released. Please make only one application per attendee, decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The closing date for applications is 17th May, 2024 but you are advised to apply as soon as possible as when it's gone - it's gone!
