THIS FORM IS FOR YEAR 7/8 TEAMS ONLY

Thank you for registering your team names.  

To make things quicker on the day, please fill in the names of your Team Members so that we can have all the sheets preprinted and ready to go.  

If you have less than 6 students in a team, please either
- leave those entries blank and give us the name/s of the student that will be doing 2 maps on the day
OR
- enter the name of the student that will be doing the extra map (this will require entering a student's name twice below)
