Volunteer Coordinator (1 or 2) - Coordinates all volunteers and works closely with the director during the week to plan for success each weekend by helping build the weekly itinerary.  Other odd jobs, like uniform sizing or other one time events, can be taken on by the volunteer coordinator or delegated out to other parent volunteers.

Meal Plan (4) - Prepares meals and snacks for students during pre-determined times, especially on days of performances

Chaperone (2) - Coordinates students on and off buses with bus lists, knows the schedule and helps students and staff stay on track, and looks out for the well-being of students for the duration of all trips

Crew, Props (8) - Loads and unloads equipment off semi trailers, helps build and maintain props for show as needed and works closely with the director

Uniform Wash Crew (4) - Takes uniforms home for washing, care and upkeep.  Works with students to provide details about taking care of uniforms

Video/Photo (1) - Takes video footage of rehearsal run-throughs, performances, social media events, etc.  Photos of live action shots throughout season should be available to all students and parents

Spirit Wear (1) - Helps coordinate the selling/purchasing of spirit wear such as show shirts, jackets, pants and other gear.
