Greetings, CD Students!

This year, we will be doing tutoring applications electronically. In an effort to make this process faster and simpler, the application has been condensed into four sections:

-Demographics
-Which Tutoring Would You Like
-Your Availability for Tutoring Services
-e-Signature of Tutoring Contract Fulfillment

Please read each section carefully as each student will be asked to only submit one tutoring application. Specifically, you will be required to select three courses and provide four times of availability. Therefore, I suggest filling this out while having your schedule open and beside you.
