Terms of Service
General Notes
  • Payment: I primarily use Ko-Fi, but I also accept money through Venmo and Paypal. Payment is 50% upfront then 50% after the commission is finished.
  • Turnaround: Turnaround for the initial sketch is within 2 weeks. AFTER you approve the sketch, the turnaround for the commission will be within 3 weeks.
  • Willing to draw: NSFW, anthro, robots/mechs, detailed characters (though I will probably simplify them)
  • Not willing to draw: hate speech, pedophilia, incest
Rights
  • I can turn down a commission request for any reason.
  • The commission is for personal use only. E-mail me if you want to use it commercially and we'll work out a contract/license.
  • I retain the right to use the commission in my portfolio and for advertisement of my work.
How It Will Happen
  1. After you submit the form, I'll open up a correspondence with you to tell you if your request was accepted. If so, I'll send a link to my Ko-Fi or other payment option if Ko-Fi doesn't work.
  2. After the initial 50% payment is made, your commission will take up one of my commission slots and I will start the commission at my discretion. If you don't pay before the slots are taken, then I will have to deny your commission.
  3. Once I start your commission, I will send you a loose sketch or multiple iterative sketches of the commission within 2 weeks. From here, you can suggest any revisions. After that, I will finish the commission within 3 additional weeks.
  4. Once the commission is done, I will contact you to request the other 50% of the payment. After you pay, I will then send the commission files to you. At this point, you can still request minor revisions such as color or accessory changes. Major revisions such as posing or clothing overhauls will be met with additional charge.
Refund Policy
  • To cancel your commission, send me an email saying you wish to cancel it.
  • If you cancel your commission Before I send in the sketch for approval, you will be issued a full refund of the initial payment.
  • If you cancel After I send the sketch but Before I finish the commission, there will be NO refunds of the initial payment and you will be provided with the files of the commission at whatever stage it is.
  • After the commission is finished, there will be NO refunds of the initial payment AND you will have to pay the other 50% of the payment.
