Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services: New Partner Agency Interest Form
Greetings!

Thank you for your interest in joining the Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services' partner agency network.

INSTRUCTIONS
The first step of applying to join the partner agency network is submitting this interest form. Submitting the interest form does not guarantee an agency's acceptance to the network.

This form will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and we ask that you complete it to the best of your ability.

A member of the Partner Agency & Community Engagement team will review your application and contact you directly about the next steps of the application process. 

NETWORK CRITERIA
Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services currently requires that partner agencies meet the following criteria:
  • Must be a public or private organization possessing tax-exempt status. This normally takes the form of 501(c)(3) certification.
  • Must be located in our service area, which is Sacramento County. 
  • Must offer an existing food distribution program at the time of application.
