EXTRACURRICULAR SPORTS - FALL SEASON

Register for Boys Flag Football (Grades 5-8) or Girls Volleyball (Grades 5-8) below.

Deadline to register is Friday, September 3, 2021. If a team cannot be fielded due to a lack of players or coaches by 9/8/21, charges will not be billed and parents will be notified.

Fee is $70 per player and will be billed to your FACTS Incidentals Account.

Uniform details will be shared at the conclusion of registration, and I understand that some items will be purchased individually. I acknowledge that in the event of a lost or damaged uniform or jersey distributed by the school, a replacement fee will be incurred.

I further understand that the ability to apply charges to my FACTS Incidentals Account is contingent upon the Auto Pay Feature being activated.
