Dear Parent/Guardian,

The Klein ISD Nutrition and Food Services Department can “block” a student’s ability to make a purchase of à
la carte items at the cash register. An à la carte item can include such items as a second meal, extra milk, cookies, ice cream, and other snack items.  Students whose accounts are "Blocked" may bring cash to make à la carte purchases.

If you wish to “block/unblock” your student’s account, please fill out and submit the form below.

*Please be aware that a separate form must be submitted for each student that you would like to block/unblock and allow 24-48 business hours for the change to go into effect.
