Your “society’s” government needs to make some decisions; the following questions or statements should guide your government in forming a “manifesto” (i.e., a public declaration of intentions, motives or views).

Does your “society” believe that a strong central government and a single leader are preferable to decentralized power structures (e.g., committees or “sub”leaders). *
Describe why your society choose either option. *
Is the initiation of force by one individual against another justified? Describe the circumstances if yes. *
Regarding crime and responsibilities, what sort of penalty/reward system will your government adopt? Describe situations where citizens will be rewarded or punished? *
