If you are interested in having a vendor table at A Romantic Rendezvous in 2025, please fill in the form below. Note that spots will be limited, so we may not be able to include everyone. We will consider any vendors with products relevant to romance readers, but our final decision will be based on who we think will interest romance readers most.
ARR2025 will be held in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in March 2025. The events will be held on two consecutive weekends:

Sydney, Sunday 23 March 2025
Melbourne, Saturday 29 March 2025
Perth, Sunday 30 March 2025
We've taken on board comments from readers and will be changing the format of the day. The signing will be a half day and we'll also be having a couple of panel discussions/author talks in the morning, followed by an author luncheon (each table hosted by an author).
Each event will be a full day, but PLEASE NOTE the signing will be in the afternoon only. Vendors will be present
during the signing. (We may consider having vendors present for the full day if there is interest and if room allows.)
Vendor tables will be full tables (but you can share with another vendor if you like). This time the table cost will not include lunch (as the signing starts at 1 pm), but you will be able to book for the lunch if you choose to (at cost).
Vendors will be welcome to come along to the panels and luncheon. Tickets can be booked separately.
We would like information on the merchandise you sell and ways in which you think you could help to promote the event (social media you are active on, number of followers etc).
