This form is used to order a PERSONAL brick for a retiree to keep at home.

Personal retiree bricks can be purchased for any Plano Firefighter that has served at least 1 year in one of the Plano Fire-Rescue stations. A person who was a volunteer firefighter for the city of Plano prior to 1972 is also eligible for a brick purchase.

For retirements after October 10, 2018, the brick that is placed in the sidewalk at Station 1 has already been ordered and paid for by PFRA. Do not use this form to order a SIDEWALK brick for retirements AFTER 10/10/18.

For retirements PRIOR to 10/10/18, the retiree bricks for the SIDEWALK must be purchased separately, they were not ordered or purchased by PFRA. To order a SIDEWALK brick for a retiree PRIOR to 10/10/18, please use this order form: https://forms.gle/wfH5QH3GhCt7ryWX9

Note: Personal Bricks that are unavailable at the time of the Retirement Ceremony, or if a "No Ceremony" was requested, the delivery of the brick to the retiree shall become the responsibility of the individual purchaser or the shift crew.  PFRA is not responsible for brick delivery to the retiree.
