  • Each session designed to provide multiple levels of support!
  • You will be assigned a mentor to support your leadership journey!
  • Grow your network with other small district leaders!
  • Attend monthly 90-minute virtual learning sessions. In addition to time scheduled with your mentors.
  • Two in-person events will occur in conjunction with the SSDA conferences in July and March.
