ONLY ONE PERSON ALLOWED IN THE SALON AT ANY ONE TIME

Please arrive promptly for your appointment & pickup time (as we will need to clean the reception & grooming areas).

When arriving for your appointment please enter the salon & close the door, place your dog into the cage in the reception area, remove the collar & lead (take these with you), secure the cage & leave the salon.

On collection, please enter the salon & close the door, retrieve your dog from the cage & attach the collar & lead you have brought with you, when leaving please close the salon door.

I will inform Diamond Dogs Salon of any ill health/coronavirus/self isolation of myself or anyone in my household at the earliest opportunity. All appointments will be rescheduled for dogs in households self isolating due to Covid-19. Diamond Dogs Salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment if any of the above conditions are not adhered to *

Terms & Conditions
De-matting will only be done on single areas of matting & for a maximum of 10-15 minutes for the dogs welfare & safety. If there are larger areas of matting or several areas of matting, the dog will be shaved off, this is for the welfare & safety of the dog. I agree to pay the extra for the de-matting/shave off fee on top of the price of the groom.

I confirm that my pet is fit, healthy & fully vaccinated (as detailed above). I agree that the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for the irritation, abrasion, patchiness or hair loss due to any pre-existing skin condition, or as a result of the process of grooming, de-matting, thinning, stripping or shaving or  any mishap caused by my non-disclosure of my pets condition or behavior. If my pet bites or attempts to bite any person or pet a muzzle may be used or at the discretion of the groomer, the groom may stop & will pay the full cost of all damages & expenses my pet has caused. If my pet harbours any parasites they should be cleared by the groomer at my expense. If my pets health causes any concern, obtain veterinary treatment at my expense.

I must give 24 hours notice to cancel in order to make a new appointment or to request a 50% refund of the amount already paid.
