Consolidated Plan PY 50 Spring Survey English
How can federal grants help your neighborhood?

Welcome to the City of Los Angeles Housing & Community Development Survey

Every year, the City receives four federal grants to invest in housing, job creation, public building and street improvements, social services, and other programs that serve people with lower incomes. Three of these grants are dedicated for specific issues: affordable housing, homelessness, and assisting those with HIV and AIDS. The fourth grant, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) is for various other activities to assist Angelenos, such as recreation centers, parks, street lighting, sidewalks, economic development, and services including FamilySource Centers. The Mayor has issued her proposed budget for these federal grants for the Program Year 50, 2024-25 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan), which includes an estimated investment of over $130 million.

This survey provides information and highlights areas of the proposed Con Plan budget. Your input is essential to help us understand the needs in your community and this survey is an opportunity for you to comment on how the federal funds will be invested. Your participation is appreciated!
