First Presbyterian Retreat
We are so excited you are planning to join us for our church retreat. This wonderful opportunity to spend time with our church family is August 26-28 at Camp Caraway in Asheboro. The cost is for the entire weekend...you can't find a better deal! The event begins with dinner at 5:30pm on Friday. No worries if Friday night doesn't work for you, just join us Saturday morning for breakfast about 7:30am. We have rooms for families that will accommodate 4 -6 folks as well as a few single rooms. Registration is due by July 25.
The Retreat Team is planning a ton of activities for worship, spiritual growth and of course, fun and fellowship. Watch your email and the bulletin for specific details beginning mid-June.
After we receive your registration, we will send an email with your total cost and other important information. If you have questions, please contact the church office. Mark Aug. 26-28 on your calendar as a time of worship, spiritual growth, fellowship and fun with your church family!

1. Please list the name of the first adult in your group. The cost for the first adult is $115.00. *
If you are a single adult is your first choice to have a single room? (Single rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.)

2. A limited number of single rooms are available. Please list someone you are willing to share a room with if no single room is available. Then skip to question #9.
3. Please list the name of the second adult in your group. (This includes all children who are 18 years or older.) The cost for the second adult is $60.00.
4. Will any children be joining you? If yes, please complete the following questions. If no, proceed to question #9.

5. List the names of your children under the age of 3. These children may attend at no cost.
6. List the names of your children ages 3-5. The cost for each child is $20.00.
7. List the names of your children ages 6-12. The cost for each child is $40.00.
8. List the names of your children ages 13-17. The cost for each child is $40.00.
9. We would like everyone to wear their FPC name tags. Please list any person in your group who does not have an FPC name tag. Please include first (or name they prefer to be called) and last. We will print names tags for the retreat.
10. Please list any dietary restrictions.
11. Costs for the retreat are being subsidized by the Anderson Trust. Scholarships are available to assist everyone who wishes to attend. Do you need financial assistance? If so, a member of the Retreat Planning Team will reach out to you.
