Fall 2022: ECAF Family Registration & November Sign Up Form for New Families (continuing families only complete the sign up if participating in an additional or different group)
All program participants are asked to complete this Registration Form at the time of enrollment.  This information helps us to plan and design programs that consider and respond to ALL families' strengths and needs. Sign up is also required to gain acces to any LIVE Google Meet group offerings, control group size, and assess ages of children. All group programs are subject to change as we review the information provided on this form.

THE MAJORITY OF GROUPS ARE HELD AT THE FRAMINGHAM PUBLIC LIBRARY IN THE CHILDREN'S DEPARTMENT'S EARLY LEARNING ZONE, 49 LEXINGTON STREET UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED.

We want to remind you that the groups are a perfect opportunity to connect with others.  Often times, new friendships are born at the ECAF group activities. We hope by "playing, learning, and growing together" you will find new friendships from what you all have in common ---- young children and the experience of parenting during the early years.

Thank you for taking 5 minutes of your time to sign up and answer the following questions!
