GNOHIMA has started a Credential Scholarship to encourage HIM Professionals to obtain their AHIMA credentials. The scholarship will cover the expense of taking the credentialing exam for an AHIMA credential.  The scholarship will be awarded to 1 GNOHIMA member. The winner will be chosen at the 2022-2023 Installation Ceremony.  Qualifications for applying for the scholarship are as follows:

- The applicant must be a paid active member of GNOHIMA
- The credential must be obtained within the 2022-2023  Membership year
        (July 2022-June 2023)
- The applicant must write a Bio and brief essay on why they became interested in HIM
        and describe their future goals within the profession
- The applicant must show proof that they passed the exam before they can be entered in
        the running for the scholarship
