TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKERSPACE USERS

RECOMMENDATION: Bring a laptop device in order to facilitate the timely production of your work and materials. Laptops are limited at the Makerspace and may not be available at your scheduled time to work.

MATERIALS: Users must provide materials. The Makerspace may have samples on a case-by-case basis, but project material must be provided by the user.

MATERIALS: All materials must meet health and safety guidelines. All material must be vetted before beginning work by by the shop supervisor or a technician. See the laser etching materials guide at the following link for guidance on materials. Contact the staff at makerspace@uwf.edu for questions.

SCHEDULING: The Makerspace will attempt to meet your scheduling needs, but we can't promise specific times. Some equipment will be in high demand during critical periods such as finals or midterms. *
