This form will serve as the official means to applying to manage a DVLL team in Spring 2023

We are looking for individuals who meet certain criteria:

1. Able to manage a team on a variety of days (schedule requests are taken into account but not promised)

2. Able to practice once a week with team outside of game schedules

3. MUST attend all field prep days (1 day in January), tryout dates (season & all-stars), and coaching meetings

4. Able to set up and tear down fields

5. Encourage and promote fair and good sportsmanship no matter a win or loss

6. Review all communications from league and communicate needs to league in a timely manner
