In 2015 Millhurst Community League completed a needs assessment to determine what the public would like to see around the Sakaw rink shack.  It was determined if the rink was kept that basketball was the number one choice and if we didn't keep the rinks, then a community garden was number one.  In 2019 Millhurst Community League made the choice that due to the cost to install, maintain and staff the site that there would no longer be an ice rink at the Sakaw site.   This has opened up the door for a community garden in this location.  The process has started with a board of 12 community members and additional community advisors.    In an effort to understand the desires of the community, we ask you to please complete this survey to allow us to guide our decision making.
