Summer Fun Fair 2024
Thank you so much for taking interest in participating in our Summer Fun Fair.  Please fill out the form below to confirm your spot. You can either register as a vendor or as an activity booth. A vendor means that you will be selling something. Registering as an activity booth means that you are setting up a free activity for the kids. Any activities can include, face painting, balloon animals, card making, etc.   Remember you are responsible for bringing all necessary items, including tables, chairs, table clothes, or anything that you are displaying.

Time: 11:30-2:30 pm (You can arrive 30-60 minutes early to set up your booth. If you need more set up time please contact Megan, Elements Dance Academy) Most booths arrive at 9am to begin setting up.

Each vendor is allowed a (1-2) 6-8 foot table and two chairs. The prices for the booth are below. 

Basic Booth Package $50

Advanced Booth Package $85
-Registration for a booth
-1 designated business highlight on the event page
-1 shared social media post promoting your business
-1 "Go Live" at the event
-Business logo on the event flier
DEADLINE to Register: May 1st. EXTENDED to May 10th!

One section of the sidewalk will be reserved for vendors, and the other side will be reserved for booths. When you arrive look for your business name displayed on the wall. 

Due to limited space there is a limit to how many booths we can have. This is first come first serve. Booths will either be inside in the dance studio or outside along the covered sidewalk.

By signing your name you are agreeing to the terms.  As the small business owner, _______________________________, I hereby release and hold harmless Elements Dance Academy, its agents, members, subcontractors, employees, participants, land owners, surrounding businesses and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action which the undersigned, or any other person ever had or may have against Elements Dance Academy, LLC (“EDA”) for any losses, costs and expenses (including attorney's fees), damages, and/or for injuries, known or unknown, real or personal, sustained by the undersigned or their child while participating in any EDA programs, or which occurred on the EDA premises or at any other location while the participant was under the supervision of EDA, or while in route to or from any of the aforementioned locations. In the event of a serious injury, the undersigned gives permission to Elements Dance Academy, its owners, and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant if they are unable to reach a parent or guardian. I acknowledge that I MUST DECLARE ANY RELEVANT, PRE-EXISTING PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS, RESTRICTIONS OR CONDITIONS. I agree that a failure to disclose or the intentional withholding of such information will be considered a declaration by me that the participant is in good physical and mental health. The undersigned also agrees that they will not hold Elements Dance Academy, LLC or other participating businesses responsible for the loss or damage of personal property while in attendance and/or participating in any of these programs.
