Thank you so much for taking interest in participating in our Summer Fun Fair. Please fill out the form below to confirm your spot. You can either register as a vendor or as an activity booth. A vendor means that you will be selling something. Registering as an activity booth means that you are setting up a free activity for the kids. Any activities can include, face painting, balloon animals, card making, etc. Remember you are responsible for bringing all necessary items, including tables, chairs, table clothes, or anything that you are displaying.

Time: 11:30-2:30 pm (You can arrive 30-60 minutes early to set up your booth. If you need more set up time please contact Megan, Elements Dance Academy) Most booths arrive at 9am to begin setting up.

One section of the sidewalk will be reserved for vendors, and the other side will be reserved for booths. When you arrive look for your business name displayed on the wall.
Due to limited space there is a limit to how many booths we can have. This is first come first serve. Booths will either be inside in the dance studio or outside along the covered sidewalk.
