The Financial Integrity Committee (FIC) exists to provide strategic oversight of the Streetsboro City School District (SCS) budget and financial activities and to support sustainability, transparency, equity and communication of these matters to the Board of Education, Staff, and Community. Committee discussions will provide an understanding of funding sources, budget processes, goals and help assist the Treasurer with the goal of preparing the District for its financial future.

STRUCTURE of the FIC:

• Treasurer/CFO
• Community Members
• Two Board Members as appointed by the SCS Board of Education at its January Organizational Meeting.

PROCESS AND OPERATIONS

The FIC meets as directed by the Treasurer.
