NOMINATION FORM FOR THE SRYHA EXECUTIVE BOARD
If the number of nominations are the same as or less than the number of vacancies, all candidates will be elected unopposed.

If there are more nominations than vacancies, an election will take place.  The statements of all candidates will be typed in a standard format and circulated to all members/families of SRYHA with a ballot paper, in attendance, at the March 2024 Association Meeting.

The SRYHA executive board is compromised of the President, President-Elect or Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, District 5 Representative, Fundraising Coordinator, ACE Coordinator, Hockey Development Coordinator, Gambling Manager and one Coordinator from each playing level for the season. The Executive Board meets to review, act upon matters and make decisions relevant to the operations of the Association. Monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of every month starting at 7:00 pm unless published otherwise.

The position description for all board members:•Regularly attend all monthly board meetings and other board functions.• Chair a board committee and/or serve as an officer of the board.• Provide oversight of the President.• Provide leadership in implementing the Sauk Rapids Youth Hockey Association's vision and goals (including fundraising goals).• Encourage teamwork within the group and facilitate communication among members.• Serve as a positive force within the association.
