Greetings, thank you for having interest to volunteer at the Student Affairs 101 Conference. Please read carefully,

This event will take place Friday, October 29th from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Volunteer hours start from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. All volunteers are required to commit a minimum of ONE hour. We ask that you consider the times, and be fully committed to a complete shift. Responsibilities can vary from greeting attendees, directing attendees to presentation spaces, or tear downs.

If a volunteer is committing a FULL DAY, they will be provided a free boxed lunch.

In the section for time availability, please make sure to only list times you will be available to commit.

I herby agree that should my availability change, it is my responsibility to communicate this to the SA 101 Planning Committee as soon as it comes to my attention. I understand that it is my responsibility to be on the lookout for communication from the planning committee. My hours of volunteer will be honored, and I will respect/honor what the conference stands for. Should I be selected to volunteer, I will be on my best behavior and be prepared to adapt to last minute changes (should there be any). Should I need a signature to state that I volunteered at said date, I will be responsible for providing this form(s) at the END of the conference to an appointed SA 101 Committee member that will be mentioned closer to conference.
