I understand by joining Folks Farm & Seed for the 2021 CSA, I am supporting a small-scale, ecologically-minded approach to farming, stewardship, and bioregional seed adaption. My subscription entitles me to 25 weeks of the freshest, nutrient-dense veggies. I understand that by participating in this farm to family model I will be provided with the opportunity to try new vegetables, recipes, and methods of enjoying some of Northern Colorado's tastiest produce! I understand that farming is inherently unpredictable due to climate, weather, and availability and that my farmer will do everything in their power to ensure a bountiful and prosperous year.
