Sustainability Advisors Request Form
The UMD Office of Sustainability is hoping to introduce all students to the UN Sustainable Development Global Goals, a set of ambitious objectives for the world to achieve by 2030. We developed a lesson aimed at inspiring students to get involved with ending poverty, fighting inequality, enhancing public health, stopping climate change, and more. It’s a bold agenda. We’re asking you to join this effort.

Would you please allow us to talk with your students this fall about ways they can help address the Global Goals? Our lesson is part of the university’s commitment to educate all students for sustainability and a worldwide effort to educate everyone, everywhere about the Global Goals.

Your students would also learn how they can apply for up to $250,000 in grants from the University Sustainability Fund to implement projects on or off-campus. Faculty and staff can apply for these funds, too- visit sustainabilityfund.umd.edu to learn more!

We are currently scheduling presentations for October and November but can also schedule spring semester dates if you prefer. Please just use this form to request a presentation.
