PURPOSE OF THE FORM:
To keep you informed on what's happening with your child's class and within the school, we are using this information to compile our email listing. This email list will be used by your teacher, your homeroom parent, and the lead homeroom parent for each grade. If your homeroom parent coordinator does not have your email address, s/he will not be able to communicate to you about events, projects, class needs, PTA events, etc. that are happening in your classroom.

Additionally your child's homeroom parent will create a Class Roster, which will be shared ONLY with the teacher and families within your classroom.
