Welcome! We're a team of students from the Human Centered Design & Engineering program at the University of Washington working with Uber to make the EV charging experience as seamless as possible.Â
This brief survey, intended to take no more than 5 minutes, aims to help our team gather insights into current user experiences with the public EV charging process. Select participants may have the opportunity to participate in a paid interview study at a later date.
