To complete the process of initiating your application to become a licensed official, please also click on the Request to be Invoiced to express interest in becoming a licensed official and to request an invoice. You will receive a $25 PayPal invoice from USAWE, which you can pay with PayPal, Credit or Debit card. Once you have filled out the form and paid the $25 invoice, a member of the LOC will reach out to you by email.
