For STANDARD COMMISSIONS, you, the commissioner, are NOT PERMITTED TO COMMERCIALLY USE the images. This includes any form of mass reproduction or selling the images, both physical and digital goods

If you wish to USE THE IMAGES COMMERCIALLY, PLEASE CONTACT ME via DM or e-mail so we can work out an appropriate price and usage rights

NO NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS (NFTs). You are not to host or otherwise link commissioned work on any blockchain. You are not allowed to use my work as promotion or association to a crypto-related project nor website.

So long as you are not directly making money off the art by selling it as physical or digital merchandise, we'll consider it non-commercial.

This includes physical use such as printing it out in small quantities for stickers, prints, etc, along with digital use as banners and icons so long as you, the commissioner, do not claim it as your own. Credit is not required, but highly appreciated.

In regards to my own use, I request that I be able to post the commissioned image in it's entirety on all of my social media platforms (including Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Tumblr, etc.) unless you, the commissioner, wishes to be anonymous (no URL attached), or not have the image posted at all, in which case e-mail with your request.

After you send in the form, I will send you an e-mail from akare.artwork@gmail.com to the contact e-mail you provide in this form with a price quote, and possibly questions with clarifying information.

I will send you an invoice through PayPal for payment using the PayPal e-mail you provided me.

After payment is received I will begin the commission, depending on the complexity this can take anywhere between a week to two months (this accounts for other responsibilities I may have)

For rough planning and flats, I will provide low image quality watermarked screenshots once so you may give feedback on the direction of the piece.

I will send you an watermarked version on the piece one completed in case you have any minor details you would like fixed. Major modifications require additional pay.

After your final okay, and all payment is finalized (see Payment Information) I will send you the full resolution image.

All payment must be done through PayPal.
