The canon law of the Church requires
"the rector or priest-in-charge to record in the parish register all persons who have received Holy Baptism, all communicants, all those who have received Confirmation, all persons who have died and all those who have transferred into the parish from other churches (III.9.6 (c)).
Completing this form will help me to get to know our parish family better and most importantly it will help me to update and correct the errors and omissions in our Parish Register. I thank you for your time and attention.
