Bridal Stylist Duties:
*Build a relationship with Fab Frocks brides and their guests - get to know the bride and her family, get to know the vision of her wedding day, help the bride select a gown that matches the vision, assist and make clear any custom changes to gowns, celebrate the bride finding her frock and make the experience unforgettable! *Assisting the lead bridal stylist throughout bridal appointments - assist with selecting gowns, assist with selecting accessories, and take celebration photos. We work as a team and help each other out.
*Provide a memorable and exceptional experience for brides
*Keep the store clean, answer phones, schedule appointments for brides, answer customer questions
*Develop knowledge of bridal fashion styles, trends, designers, fit/alterations
*Develop knowledge of the local wedding industry to best understand a bride's wedding day vision

Social Media Assistant Duties:  
*Assist with daily post content on all social media platforms
*Take the lead on Pinterest posts, Instagram stories, Instagram Reels, and TikTok by creating the content and creating a weekly content calendar
*Must be comfortable with modeling gowns and posting about new dresses on Instagram stories
*Write a weekly blog for the website

Qualifications Needed:
*Outgoing personality
*Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance
*Good work ethic -- team player, punctual, self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, takes initiative
*Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly, polite and positive attitude is essential
*Willingness to be challenged on a daily basis and determined to be successful even in challenging situations
*Ability to make customers feel at home
*Must be able to work weekends - Saturdays between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm at a minimum. At least three Saturdays per month required for part-time stylists. Saturdays may be requested off for full-time stylists with 30-day notice and with approval from the boutique manager.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
*Ability to consistently lift 10 pounds above your head
*Sales experience preferred
*Part-time, about 25-30 hours per week -OR- Full-time, about 35-40 hours per week.

Saturdays and occasional evenings are REQUIRED!

Base Pay: $11.00 to $14.00 /hour, base pay will be determined based on previous sales and social media experience. Additional pay would include commission, tips, and bonuses.

All customers and staff must wear a mask, sanitizing procedures are completed between each appointment, guest count is limited, and all customers are scheduled by appointment only.
