If you are having a problem with a school issued Chromebook, and it is preventing you from completing your work, please fill out this form and we will work to make sure you receive support. Before you submit a completed form please look at the following basic fixes to see if the issue can be solved at home.
- Have you allowed the computer to remained plugged in and charger for more than twenty minutes?
- Have you held down the power button for at least 20 seconds to completely restart the device?
