Please complete a form for each crew that you want to enter.
The following pages will require you to enter details for each rower in the crew - please make sure you submit the rowers in the order they will row, as otherwise the results may be incorrectly recorded.
Since we do not order t-shirts based on entries,
the sizes are not guaranteed, they are just a guideline for us to order from. If you would like to order an additional t-shirt (eg. for the captain) this will be an extra £5 payable to the account detailed at the end of the form - please email qcbc-ergs@srcf.net with the desired size
and your crew name so that we can make a note of this request.
